I constantly find myself being inspired by all the pretty things out there in the world. My creative juices get to flowing and I just want to create/design/sew/decorate…whatever it may require. I think I’m going to start a new post category just for these bits of “inspiration” so I can share them with you! 🙂 Here is my inspiration from this afternoon:

How many of you check out Etsy often? I love it! People make the coolest things on there. It is an awesome source for inspiration! I am always seeing things that I love! I want to have my own shop on there one day! I subscribe to their daily newsletter, so I’m always receiving e-mails full of neat things. Two of the shops on today’s newsletter caught my eye.

Three Red Apples shop has some really cute embroidery designs:

Aren’t they cute? I love the idea of fabric/appliqué as art. For a while I’ve had several ideas for artwork similar to these. I like mixing fabric with paintings. 🙂

Today I also saw Little Brown Pen‘s shop. They sell really pretty Parisian photography. I really like the mixture of the pictures together and the sets of colors.

Such pretty pictures. I’ve been so inspired by photography lately. I see so many things during the day that I would like to capture in photos, but I never have my camera with me. The problem is that it is really too big to carry around all the time. 🙁

Anyway, those were just a couple bits of creative inspiration that I saw today. 🙂 What do you find inspires you most?
