Drew and I went out to eat “fancy dinner” at  Bayona restaurant in New Orleans last night to celebrate our 3 year anniversary. 🙂 It was excellent! I would definitely recommend anyone in the New Orleans area to eat there. It was nice to have an occasion to get all dressed-up for. 🙂 The menu was great, but my absolute favorite part of the meal was (you can tell I’m a simple girl) the homemade ice cream that we ordered for dessert. It was amazing! Plus they served it with this sugar/shortbread cookie that tasted just like my mom’s tart crust cookies (and my mom’s tart is one of my absolute favorite things!) so that was definitely a good ending to an already wonderful day. (it was the icing on the cake! haha!) 🙂
