4 years ago today, Drew and I went to see a play together at our local junior college that our high school was putting on. We had been friends for a couple years and had recently seen and talked to each other a lot more. We had gone on a couple dates in the weeks before, but that night, at intermission, we were sitting there drinking our punch and nibbling on mini chocolate eclairs when a friend of mine asked if we were dating. We both obviously liked each other, but we hadn’t officially established the titles of boyfriend and girlfriend for each other yet. We looked and each other and Drew responded with “yes.” The rest is history.

So every year on October 20th, we clear our schedules and go out to a nice dinner and reminisce about all that we have accomplished as a couple. Last year we went to Bayona and this year we went to Coquette. It was amazing. Seriously, if you are ever in the New Orleans area you must go there. (both places if you have the chance)

The last four years have been great. Drew and I have been through so much, been to so many places, and been able to accomplish so much with each other’s help. We make a great team and I’m so blessed to have him by my side everyday. I love where our lives are right now; together in our little house and planning for our wedding. I can’t wait to see all the wonderful things that our future together holds. I love you Andrew!
