About the Conservatory Painting Collection:

Conservatories, Orangeries, Greenhouses and Sunrooms — all places filled with light to grow plants in special, regulated conditions. Just like plants, during this quarantine we’ve also been forced to grow inside with special, regulated conditions. Working on these paintings has been a light filled addition to pandemic life, a bringing of the outdoors inside. I worked on these paintings during not only the quarantine, but over Earth Day and Mental Health Awareness Month. They left me thinking more than ever about how important plants, flowers, and nature are to our mental health and well-being.

My hope is that this collection can bring joy to your inside spaces by helping bring the outdoors in (bonus: you never have to water these plants!). And, in doing so, can also serve as a reminder of all that nature provides and offers to us.
