Shipping & Return Policies
Domestic Shipping: We strive to ship all artwork within the week following the verification of payment and shipping details, unless otherwise noted. If additional framing options are selected, artwork will ship 1-2 weeks after purchase, once framing is completed. We offer FREE U.S. shipping on all original artwork orders. We offer FREE U.S. shipping on all print shop orders over $50. We typically ship USPS First Class/Priority Mail but may choose to ship via FedEx or UPS at our convenience. Your products are shipped to your ‘shipping address’ if entered and your ‘billing address’ if no shipping address is input. If you would like to upgrade your shipping or rush ship your order, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for a quote. In the case a package is refused and/or returned to us, the fees to re-ship the original package will be invoiced to the customer.
International Shipping: We offer international shipping at the buyers’ cost. Please contact us at email@example.com for a quote.
Can I return the artwork I purchased?
All sales of original artwork and art prints are final.
My artwork arrived damaged | was not delivered | was lost | was stolen from my doorstep. Is this something you can help with?
We are not liable for any mishandling or failed delivery by the shipping service (USPS, UPS, or FedEx). We work hard to package each order with care in appropriate packing materials so that it arrives undamaged.
Lost/Stolen Package: If the address is correct and you believe your package to have been lost or stolen, you must contact the shipping service personally. Unfortunately, there isn’t anything we can do on our end, so we are unable to address any failed delivery or theft issues directly.
